The Details

We request that our clients make travel arrangements to arrive in Dawson City, Yukon, two days before their hunt dates. This allows for the safety of flight scheduling problems, airplane connections, lost baggage, etc. Please be aware that weather can be a factor in this mountain wilderness. As well we recommend having return flights leave a day or two after the end of our client's hunt. The final destination via commercial airline is Dawson City, Yukon. We suggest our hunters fly with Air North from Calgary to Whitehorse and then Whitehorse to Dawson City. Air North is very 'Northern' orientated and will be more cooperative than other airlines with rifles and bows.

In some cases, our clients will have to overnight in Whitehorse, Yukon, where they will have to make their hotel arrangements. Once our hunters arrive in Dawson City, Yukon, we suggest staying at Bombay Peggy's or the Triple J Hotel. Once we meet our hunters in Dawson City, we will then charter them into the mountains to our Base Camp at Hart Lake. It is from Hart Lake that our clients are then taken to their spike camps where their hunt will commence. The guides and crew will be awaiting their arrival.
